the issues before a Court or Jury, but the majority of family law issues can and should be resolved

through legal, binding agreements.

Mr. Wells has represented clients in Texas courts in family law cases involving the following issues:

  • Contested Divorce
  • Child Custody

Bill Wells will schedule an appointment to meet with you in confidence to discuss any of your family

law or divorce issues. Mr. Wells will discuss with you the child support guidelines in the State of

Texas; grounds for divorce such as no-fault and fault based grounds for divorce; division of property,

also be addressed in temporary Orders. Some cases require Temporary Restraining Orders and Bill

Wells is experienced in seeking TRO's from the Texas Courts.
