Our office recently resolved a divorce case in favor of our client. Our client and her husband had a home that was community property. The facts of the case indicated multiple allegations of the husband’s fault in the break up of the marriage. The case was called to trial and immediately prior to trial a settlement was reached. Our client received the home at stake without her husband receiving any interest in the home. The fault allegations in the break up of the marriage prompted the final result. The facts and outcome of each case may be different, but this case had a good ending for our client.
