Today brings another tragedy. With the advent of the 24 hours daily news cycle, I think we all get numb to the horrific events locally, nationally and world wide. Today approximately 300 people were killed when a passenger jet was, apparently, shot down in the Ukraine. Taking away how it happened, who did it, or the politics involved, hundreds of people and thousands of friends and family members have suffered a devastating loss. It is with great sadness to hear of another disaster involving the loss of hundreds of lives.
